Magic Earth Support

To enjoy loud and clear voice navigation guidance with Magic Earth, please check the following Sound volume settings:

1. The sound volume of the phone
The app uses the Media stream.
On Android, go in the phone Settings > Sounds > Volume > Media and set the volume to maximum.
On iOS, turn the sound volume to maximum by using the volume hardware buttons on the side of the phone.

2. The sound volume of Magic Earth
Start the app, tap Settings > General > Sound and set the desired volume level for both Voice and Warnings.

The sound volume can be also set during navigation. Just drag the bottom bar to the top, then tap Sound to set the volume of the audio navigation instructions (voice) and warnings.

Some pre-recorded human voices are more quiet than others. In Settings > General > Sound > Voice language you can choose a different human voice or Text-To-Speech.
If Text-To-Speech is already selected and the sound volume is still too low, in the phone's Settings > Text-to-speech output select the option Amplify speech volume. This setting makes spoken text louder than normal.
